Couldn’t I find this material online for free?

Do all courses come with a certificate of completion?

Yes, you will receive a downloadable certificate from Upskill every time you complete a course. However, we do not offer a certificate for the Basic Peer Reviewer course and our handbooks. This certificate highlights your achievements and can be shared with your friends, peers, and potential employers or even published online to build your profile as a researcher. However, please note, the Upskill certificate cannot be used for formal accreditation.

How can I access the courses that I have bought?

Once you take up an Upskill membership, we will send an email to your registered email address with instructions to access the course. Follow the instructions mentioned to setup your password on the learning platform.

This is an annual membership that costs just $199 $249! Yes, this membership is that good and that true - No conditions apply.

Does All Access pack or any of its benefits have an expiry date?

All Access pack is available in a monthly/annual subscription model. All benefits within the pack will be available for you to access when you want, throughout the subscription period.
Upon expiry of your subscription period, you will be automatically charged on your chosen payment method unless you wish to cancel the same. Your access to benefits will continue upon successful renewal of your subscription.

Will my subscription be auto renewed upon expiry?

Yes, your subscription will auto-renew upon expiry unless you wish to cancel the same. Users who sign up for a subscription will be billed on either a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual cycle, depending on what was selected at time of purchase. The card details you enter will be stored on Stripe, and you will be automatically charged on the chosen payment method at the beginning of each new billing cycle.
