She is a BELS-certified editor who has edited numerous manuscripts from the fields of medicine and the life sciences; trained/mentored junior editors; managed and conducted author-education events; and created educational content, including content for books, on academic writing for researchers. In her current role, she studies data and trends in scholarly publishing and writes reports and white papers based on the findings.
